Chicken Satay
Chicken skewers with bok choy and asparagus, served on a bed of jasmine
rice,
topped with peanut satay and bean sprouts.

Eye Fillet Steak served medium
250 gram beef with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes, roasted baby
carrots,
whole field mushrooms, finished with roasted garlic and Italian parsley
butter.

Fresh Grilled Barramundi
Grilled in butter, lime and sea salt , served on a tossed olive, cherry
tomato,
pine nut, avocado, fetta, baby spinach and balsamic vinegar salad.

Slow Braised Lamb Shank served medium rare
Simmered in red wine and tomato, rosemary and garlic roast potatoes,
roasted baby carrots and whole field mushrooms.

Pork Cutlets
On a watercress, apple, walnut, pear and parmesan salad.

Chicken Breast
Red wine and tomato Napoli, creamy leek and green peppercorn mashed
potato
and whole field mushrooms.
