GETTING THERE

Getting There From Brisbane by car, you head north along the Bruce Highway though the Pine Forests taking the Landsborough exit (Blackall Range Tourist Drive).

You travel through the Beerwah agricultural area, which produces pineapples, avocados, ginger and other tropical products. You will pass the volcanic cores forming the magnificent Glasshouse Mountains and pass The Australia Zoo (the home of the Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin) that is located just before reaching Landsborough.

Turn left over the railway line and head up the scenic route towards Maleny and the Blackall Range plateau.

Turn right at the top and head towards Montville. You will have splendid views of the Sunshine Coast and Pacific Ocean along the plateau until you reach the charming village of Montville.

Look for Poets Cafe and restaurant right in the central part of Montville.
